The details that make it easy.
- Book first
- Reserve dinner and recheck both attractions’ opening notices. This self-guided route does not include a guided tour or a restaurant booking.
- Budget for two
- Gumbo Limbo general admission is free. The history museum lists adult admission at $12 each, with eligible discounts. Dinner, drinks, tax, gratuity and any parking are extra.
- Getting around
- Drive or take a ride from the coast to downtown. Gumbo Limbo parking is limited and only for its visitors; move your car when leaving. The museum offers parking behind the building, and Mizner Park has public garages.
- Weather & comfort
- Bring water and sun protection for the first stop. If lightning closes Gumbo Limbo, start with the indoor history museum and extend dinner instead.
- If plans change
- On days the history museum is closed, choose another date for the full route or enjoy just the nature visit and dinner. Do not leave a car in an attraction’s lot after its visit.
